There are quite a few various benefits and features to my Fireybird Fajitas Food-Truck business. First I will list a few of the features. One feature is the portability since the business will be inside a mobile vehicle. Another feature is the ability to get cheap food that tastes good. A third feature of the business includes fresh steak and chicken as a part of the main menu provided. Another feature is the variety offered with various topping ingredients including cheddar cheese, colby jack cheese, lettuce (leaf or shredded), tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, and fresh salsa. In addition to these ingredients the food will be freshly prepared per customer and therefore will always be hot and ready to go. A few more features is that if the business gets large enough I would have a food truck big enough in size to handle at least 2 employees and therefore can have someone cooking/preparing the food while another can collect money and take orders if necessary. Another feature specifically on my food truck would include a counter-top space near the service window in which we could place various amenities such as napkins and plastic silverware as needed for customers who would like them to grab. I would also purchase a food truck with an awning so that when it was set up for business hours at a location during the lunch to dinner time of day, it would provide some much needed shade for the Vegas area to any customers interested in dining with us. In addition to the features my company will provide some unique benefits. Even though it isn’t necessary to do, I feel that there is nothing better than meat grilled over an open flame because of the taste and flavor brought out in the meat because of it. This will benefit the customer in the unique experience of remembering back to grilling food in their own backyard with family and friends and provide an atmosphere of remembrance surrounding that.

Week 8 EOC - Creative Content
Fireybird Fajitas
The creative content I am going to make for this final project will go with some different versions of experience I have gotten over the years. First and foremost I want to develop a brand for the company itself. This will include a logo, with some accompanying content. This will include content for social media pages. This will include a sample business card, an avatar picture for the twitter page, and the same item for Facebook as well. The other accompanying pieces of material will include a simple pricing menu that could be mounted on the truck itself for easy-to-order items for any incoming customers. If I have time I might consider making a parallax style webpage for the business including basic hours of operations and locations of the truck itself, along with contact information for the social media sites and to be able to report any questions or concerns people may have about the business. All of the creative content will be a clean minimalistic vector form which is the art-style I enjoy the most.
Week 9 EOC - Three Great Mission Statements
1.) Mission Statement: Humberto Bautista
a. Our mission at Ataco is to create a memorable moment through food and music. By providing excellent service, customers and employees will feel at home in hopes to build a community. Talent is encourage to fill the community with creativity.
b. I believe this is a good mission statement because it follows the books guidelines for good mission statements in the following manner –
i. “An organization exists to accomplish something, and this purpose should be clearly stated. Forging a sound mission begins with the following questions: What is our business? Who is the customer? What do consumers value? What should our business be?” (Marketing an Introduction, Armstrong/Kotler, 39)
2.) Mission Statement: Lori Jennifer Amaya
a. Queso-Dilla’s mission statement is, “Making the cheesiest quesadilla’s and serving it with a bright cheesy smile.” We want our mission to be clear to our customers, and for them to know that we are fun and friendly.
b. I believe that this is a very simple and to the point mission statement which says exactly what the company is striving to do and they say it in a simple and well thought out manner. The statement is supported by the book through the quote below --
i. “Mission Statements should be meaningful and specific yet motivating. They should emphasize the company’s strengths in the marketplace.” (Marketing an Introduction, Armstrong/Kotler, 42)
3.) Mission Statement: Latora Anderson
a. To our consumers... Our mission is to bring better food and unforgettable experiences through superior customer service, "that will leave your stomach and wallet satisfied".
b. I believe this is a good example of a mission statement because it has the features you’re looking for with a unique aspect on their goal to save you money even when businesses are set out to make a profit for themselves. The quote below supports my reasoning --
i. “[A] company’s mission should not be stated as making more sales or profits—profits are only a reward for creating value for customers. Instead, the mission should focus on customers and the customer experience the company seeks to create.” (Marketing an Introduction, Armstrong/Kotler, 41)
